Our Team
The Gryphon team comprises investment professionals with a wealth of experience in all spheres of fund management and financial engineering, and an operation support team that complements the investment team and ensures the smooth and effective functioning of the business and optimal client care.
We function on a multi-disciplinary basis which ensures collective involvement in product structuring, portfolio management, research, business development and client service. This has the benefit of cross pollinating between the different disciplines and focuses the mind of each team member on the business and investment objectives.
Markets misprice because of sentiment and emotion – either greed or fear. Gryphon’s process makes it easy for us to not get sucked into either euphoria or despair, but to be able to stand back from the market noise and make unemotional, ‘clear-header’ investment decisions.
At Gryphon, our singular focus on indexation means we’re not trying to protect an active book of assets. We are not offering indexation as an alternative to an existing set of active solutions. We are offering indexation because we believe in it, completely.
